Years ago, Judy began crafting versatile bags in all sizes to hold “whatever would fit,” giving rise to the WeFit Zipper Bags brand. Originally made from unused car seat vinyl, Judy’s passion for bag-making took a backseat when she pursued a rewarding career in healthcare.

When I tried my hand at sewing my first bag—an hour-long endeavor—I knew I needed to team up with skilled artisans. Today, our bags are lovingly handcrafted by two incredible single moms, both dedicated to supporting their families while navigating today’s economic challenges. Their craftsmanship shines through in every stitch!

We proudly source our vinyl from sustainable local partners, including a pontoon boat seat manufacturer and The Recovery Room in Fort Wayne Indiana, a furniture reupholstery business. By repurposing discontinued colors and leftover materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, we create eco-conscious bags in a delightful array of surprise colors—whatever’s available at sewing time is what you’ll receive! Due to their handmade nature, bag sizes may vary slightly, adding to their unique charm.
